The club was incorporated on October 11, 2011 under the Alberta Society Act and is an independent club that is made up of members that have the common interest of being Grande Prairie Storm fans.

The Club's Mission Statement:
* To provide support and encouragement to the Storm players.
* To promote the Grande Prairie Storm in their community efforts.
* To promote goodwill and attendance at Storm hockey games.
* To provide for the recreation of the members and to promote and afford opportunity for friendly and social activities.
